- Apple Cider Vinegar - 100% naturally fermented apple juice. A versatile vinegar for use in dressings, vinaigrettes, marinades or dilute as a health tonic.
- Balsamic Vinegar - white wine vinegar, grape juice concentrate and caramel. A popular choice to flavour meat, risottos and pasta or as an ingredient for dips, dressings and marinades.
- White Wine Vinegar - naturally fermented from sun-ripened New Zealand grapes. An ideal ingredient to creamy sauces, dressings, vinaigrettes and marinades.
- Red Wine Vinegar - naturally fermented from sun-ripened New Zealand grapes. An ideal ingredient for steak sauces, casseroles, vinaigrettes and marinades.
